  • Are the devices that Gomibo delivers European stock?

    Yes, the devices in our stock are intended for the European market.

  • Do the devices delivered by Gomibo come with original seals?

    Yes, the device boxes of all phones and tablets we deliver come with original seals.

  • Can I use the Device Enrolment Program (DEP) on iPhones purchased at Gomibo?

    Yes, this is possible on both iPhones and iPads. We will install Apple DEP on your ordered devices at a competitive price. This way you don't have to worry about the implementation of your management software on new hardware. You manage the software yourself and configure everything according to your wishes. Would you like to use this service? Please let us know before you place your order via business@gomibo.fi. We cannot retrospectively install Apple DEP.

  • Can I use Samsung Knox on Samsung devices bought at Gomibo?

    Yes, this is possible when the device or tablet supports Knox. We will install Samsung Knox on your ordered devices on request at a competitive price. This way you don't have to worry about the implementation of your management software on new hardware. You manage the software yourself and configure everything according to your wishes. Would you like to use this service? Please let us know before you place your order via business@gomibo.fi. We cannot retrospectively install Samsung Knox.

  • What is an outlet model and how do I order one?

    Outlet devices, tablets or accessories can be ordered via our website. Log in with your business account and choose the list view in the product overview to see our (outlet) stock.

    Outlet models have been ordered and returned before. These products can no longer be sold as new and we therefore offer them at an extra competitive price. Outlet models always work like new products, but contain more or less traces of use. This can also be in the form of damaged packaging or missing accessories. It is therefore possible that no headset is included with a device. However, you will always receive a charger. This is not always the original charger, but can also be a replacement model. We do not guarantee a manufacturer's warranty for outlet models for business customers.

  • As a business customer, am I qualified for special offers on devices?

    The conditions of a special offer from Gomibo, manufacturers or providers can be found on the device page on our website. In general, business customers are excluded from special offers.

  • Can I order accessories with a business account?

    Yes, that is possible. On our accessories page you can find cases, screen protectors, headsets, smartwatches, and much more.
